QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

  • MVP Camp will take place in Kyiv, Ukraine. The event will be held at the at Genesis Space Kyrylivska St, 40 and at the Mykoly Shpaka St, 3, KSE Campus, Kyiv, Ukraine.

  • The event will be held primarily offline, with a livestream available on YouTube. Most of the interaction will take place on site, while questions from the stream will be facilitated on a residual basis.

  • Yes, participation in MVP Camp is free of charge. Selected participants will get access to all the lectures, practical sessions, and study materials.

  • Lectures, workshops, and discussions will be held mostly in Ukrainian. However, please note that some of them can be in English. For international participants, there will be a slightly adjusted format to accommodate language differences.

  • Travel expenses are not covered by the program.

  • Your safety is our top priority. We have developed a comprehensive safety policy for MVP Camp, which takes into account current conditions and potential risks. As the situation continues to evolve, we will review and update the policy after selecting participants. If needed, we will also organize an online meeting with the selected participants to go over the safety measures in detail and address any specific concerns.

  • We have designated a shelter that can host all the participants. In the event of an air alarm, we will immediately proceed to the shelter in accordance with our safety policy. Clear instructions and guidance will be provided to ensure everyone’s safety throughout the process.

  • Yes! International participants are welcome. We are excited to have participants from all over the world! Feel free to reach out to us with any questions — we’re happy to help!

  • We review applications on a rolling basis and aim to provide responses within 1–2 weeks. At this stage, the preliminary deadline for receiving a reply is December 26. Thank you for your patience!
